Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help execute our outbound calling initiatives for Weaver Leather Supply. You will proactively engage with customers through targeted calls and emails, developing personalized communication strategies to build relationships, gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide tailored information and support to enhance their experience.
The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct targeted customer calls and emails consistently to engage with current customers and understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and log that information for ongoing reference.
- Develop personalized communication strategies to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
- Work with leadership to develop and maintain detailed target customer profiles based on purchase history and engagement levels.
- Educate customers about Weaver Leather Supply’s product breadth, services, pricing structures, new product introductions and promotional offers.
- Solicit and gather customer feedback to inform product development, service enhancements, and marketing strategies.
- Report findings and insights from customer interactions to leadership to help refine our offerings and approach.
- Update and maintain accurate customer contact information.
- Provide regular reports measuring the success of the outbound calling program based on revenue growth, increased market share, customer feedback, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in weekly department training/information sessions.
- Maintain a detailed, hands-on working knowledge of the Weaver Leather Supply product line to better understand the products, their uses, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional-class service, managing and taking ownership of every situation to deliver the best service to our customers.
- Complete communications and tasks with promptness, completeness, and a serving attitude.
Our ideal applicant:
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in a sales, customer service or account management position.
- Prior experience in an outbound calling role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work out of our Mt Hope, OH office.
